Welcome to Comikal – a creator-first digital marketplace built to give creators total freedom, full earnings, and control over their content.

By accessing or using Comikal, you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all users—creators, readers, and visitors. If you disagree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Content Guidelines
Comikal allows creators to upload and monetize a wide variety of digital content—manga chapters, art packs, illustrations, wallpapers, tutorials, NSFW content, and more. We do not restrict content types, but all uploads must comply with the following:
You must tag and mark adult content (18+ / NSFW) appropriately.
Illegal or harmful content (e.g., hate speech, harassment, explicit real-life images, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Content must not infringe on others’ intellectual property.
Creators are fully responsible for what they upload. Failure to comply will result in removal of content or permanent account bans.

2. Creator Account Rules
Comikal is simple by design: sign up, create your dashboard, and start uploading. While we currently have no strict requirements for becoming a creator, we may update our systems over time to better serve the community.
At present, there are no special qualifications needed. Anyone with original digital content to share and monetize is welcome.

3. Payments & Coin System
Readers purchase coin packs and use them to unlock individual drops or series.
Creators set the price (10, 20, or 30 coins) per drop.
Coins are non-refundable once used.
Creators receive 100% of what they earn—Comikal takes 0% commission.
Payouts are processed through trusted payment gateways like Razorpay and PayPal .

4. Ownership & Licensing
Creators retain full ownership of their work.
By uploading to Comikal, you give us a limited license to display and deliver your content to readers on our platform—nothing more. We will never sell, license, or redistribute your content outside Comikal.

5. Violation & Enforcement
If a user or creator violates our terms:
Their content may be removed without warning.
Their account may be suspended or permanently banned.
Severe violations may lead to legal consequences depending on local laws.
We reserve the right to take any action to protect our community and uphold platform integrity.

6. Age Policy
Anyone can access and use Comikal—including creators under 18—as long as their content complies with our terms.
However:
All adult content must be clearly marked with an 18+ warning tag.
Misclassification or abuse will result in removal or banning.

7. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time as we improve and expand Comikal. We'll notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new terms.
